Sending domain appears as the sender’s domain when
your recipients receive emails. E.g if a person
receives an email from joseph@letscommunicate.com,
the sending domain is letscommunicate.com.
Bounce Address
Bounce address is the mailbox where Smartmails Site
sends delivery reports of the failed attempts.
Sending Node
Sending Node is your email courier and technically
called an MTA. You can connect an SMTP or an ESP
account from the supported providers.
Contact List
Create a contact list that can store your
contacts/subscribers information.
Import Contacts
Add/Import your contacts whom you want to send
your first broadcast.
Create First Broadcast
Add/Import your contacts whom you want to send
your first broadcast.
Schedule First Broadcast
You’re doing excellent job so far. It’s the time
now to schedule a broadcast and see how does it
perform.
Block/Suppress all those domains that you don't want to send emails. In most cases, people need to suppress all those domains that are generating a high number of complaints or the domains that are not performing good ROI for you.
Note: The suppression list is synchronized with subscribers every 15 minutes.
Importing domains to the suppression will stop SmartMail Campaigns Email Login from sending any further emails to all such email addresses that belongs to these domains. You can add domains to global suppression or associate them to a contact list.
